Action for divorce brought by the plaintiff, Arthur K. Hellermann, against the defendant Elisabeth Hellermann. Upon the trial of the issues under the pleadings judgment was entered granting a divorce and providing for the temporary custody of the children of the parties until a further hearing on that issue. After that hearing an order was entered granting the custody of the children to defendant. Plaintiff appealed from this order and also the provisions in the judgment in relation to the custody of the children. FRITZ, Justice.
